1â2 cup of cauliflower or 5-6 button mushrooms
LACTOSE (3rd week)
1â2 to 1 cup of milk or 200 g of yogurt
FRUCTOSE (4th week)
1â2 2 mangoes or 1 tablespoon of honey
FRUTTANI (except onion) 5th week
6th week FRUTTANI
